2 Anatomical Data
Use 3D and 2D scanners to ensure that the products you design will fit your patients perfectly. We support a wide range of scanners. If you do not have one, we will help you with the choice.
3 Algorithms & Automation
We use automated processes including algortihms and artificial inteligence to create production data. This speeds up the whole process and makes the products cheaper. With our proprietary technology, it takes seconds or minutes to prepare the data for 3D printing.
4 3D Printing
We send the production data to cutting-edge 3D printers (HP MJF or SLS) to manufacture high-quality, durable products with advanced design that no other technology can achieve. If you have an industrial 3D printer, you can print products yourself.
5 Overview
With the administration tool, that is also a part of the Digital Platform you always see the details and status of your orders.
6 Fitting The Patient
We will deliver a bespoke product for final patient fitting. We believe that custom-made products should look beautiful and the packaging as well.
