Our journey began in 1991. The original company was founded by two brothers-in-law in their garage, starting as an O&P fabrication facility. A few years later, we opened our first patient clinic.

We started with traditional methods - working with plaster and handcrafting each device. We have since evolved into a digital company. This transformation allows us to overcome the limitations of traditional fabrication, creating O&P devices that offer greater comfort, functionality, and improved patient compliance.”

From serving patients in just one town, we now operate from offices in 3 countries, with fabrication centers in 8 countries, and serve customers across 5 continents.

Experienced O&P Team

We bring over 30 years of technical and clinical expertise in O&P. For decades, we’ve operated both a central fabrication center and a patient care facility. We’ve worked with plaster, CAD, carvings, and have been utilizing 3D printing and digital workflows since 2010.

We are proud to produce our cutting-edge devices in the EU. We operate from offices in Germany and the Czech Republic and fabricate in facilities in the Czech Republic and Poland. This approach enables us to supply the continuously growing demand and deliver our products on time in 2 weeks and in consistently high quality. We pledged to help our field make the sustainable transition to the digital era while complying with the MDR directive. Our team is happy to support you both online and on-site at your facility.

Inspired by Patients

Each year, we treat thousands of patients at our own patient care facility in Europe. While we offer a wide range of custom O&P devices, we have a particular focus on lower limb prosthetics and pediatric patients, especially those requiring ankle foot orthoses and cranial remolding orthoses.

We originally developed all devices for our own patients, driven by the limitations we saw with traditional O&P devices. We wanted to offer more to patients we serve.

Safe Innovation

It takes us an average of 5-10 years to develop a product line. Over that time, we design, test, and refine approximately 500-1,000 iterations of each device.

Every design undergoes rigorous testing, including cyclic and static mechanical tests, computational analysis, and patient trials at our care facilities. For example, our AFOs must endure 3 million cycles, and our prosthetic sockets withstand 500 kg. of force. Once perfected, the devices are released to select customers for further testing before we officially launch them to the market.

We are ISO 13485 certified and adhere to strict design and fabrication processes, verification and validation methods, and quality control systems according to EU MDR and other regulations.
